Arcade Tokens are a currency required to use the pet catchers in the arcade. This currency is stored in the user's steam inventory and has no maximum cap.

Arcade tokens are earned in 2 ways. Every week (on Monday at 00:00 PST or 01:00 PDT), the player will receive 6 free arcade tokens. They will also receive 15 Exchange Coupons in their Steam Inventory, an item which is converted into 3 arcade tokens upon completion of any online game (This includes online games with only one human player. It will not be displayed on the match's ending screen, however, the player's coupon will be converted into tokens). The player will also receive 15 free tokens on their first visit to the arcade. As a result, the player is limited to 51 tokens a week, given that 6 are provided and 45 can be earned from the coupons.

Arcade has been added to the Shop with Pet Catcher and Pet Exchange machines. You can earn arcade tokens from playing online.

Trivia

During the Chocolate for the Sweet Gods (2019 Rerun) event, the player would earn 4 Arcade Tokens from each Exchange Coupon, instead of 3.^[1]
