- During the Master Anglers event, the accessory could be unlocked as a random drop for any character after finishing a game (any game mode).
- During the Master Anglers (2021 Rerun) event, the accessory could be unlocked using the same unlock method.
- During the Master Anglers (2023 Rerun) event, the accessory could be unlocked as a random drop for any character after finishing a game in Fish-a-Fish Mode.
