Use Overtime to travel 12 or more panels and complete the final Norma in the same turn.

Strategy

If DLC 7 is owned, playing Star Breaker Episode 4 on Casual difficulty can make this achievement easier since the CPUs do not land on their home panels often.
Pack the draw cards as much as you can. This includes Nice Present, Home Improvement, and Princess Privilege.
If you roll 11 or less, don't land on home panel, and try to draw another Overtime. If you have it, then use it again on your next 2 turns.
