Pudding Chase

Pudding Chase is the third playable field in 100% Orange Juice! The field is inspired from the first stage of QP Shooting.

It is featured in the campaigns during QP Episode 1, Suguri Episode 2, Marc Episode 4, Kai Episode 3, Sweet Breaker Episode 1, Girl Power Episode 3, Old Guardians Episode 1, and Waruda Prison Break Episode 2.

Field Unlock Info The board can be purchased in the shop for 3500 after reaching level 4. OR Acquired for free after beating Marc Episode 4. Unlocked immediately by choosing QP as the Main Character. Strategy

Pudding Chase is very similar to Practice Field, but slightly larger.

• Wins: If the player is using a bully or bruiser it may be recommended for the player to travel around the outer squares of the board, to take advantage of the double  Encounter panels.
• Stars: If the player is collecting stars, the player may choose any path as to take advantage of the prevalent  Bonus panels and the usable  Warp panels to evade Bullies.

Character Synergy

No characters are particularly advantaged, as the board features a good amount of every panel. Aggressive characters will have the advantage of having of multiple  Encounter panels, Star collectors will have the advantage of  Bonus panels, and bullied characters will have the advantage of  Warp panels. It should be noted however, that the  Warp panels often warp the user to the next panel forward rather than across the board, thus it may not be the best means of escape for a player.

Inspiration

QP Shooting Stage 1.

The Pudding Chase field is based directly on the first stage of QP Shooting. The background design of the field is almost directly copied from the stage in the game, featuring the road with trees. Chicken is based on the opponents QP faces in this stage. The name of the course is also an allusion to QP starting her quest to find pudding, thus a "pudding chase".
