Effect
RoPoChi's Hyper is Chaos Roulette. When used, the player will generate a randomly selected card between 
Chaos Roost, 
Chaos Protect, and 
From the Chaotic Abyss, which will be instantly added to their hand. The player is then allowed to play 1 additional card on the same turn.
When the card generated by Chaos Roulette is used or discarded, it is removed from the game rather than being sent to the discard pile.
