Requirement
As , use 
Operation: A Mountain of Sweets to play three Hypers that aren't your own in one turn.
Strategy
The easiest way to get this achievement is to use "Mimic" to copy Nico's Hyper "Miracle Walker" and draw a hyper and use it to draw 3 more cards and use "Miracle Walker" to transform all remaining cards in your hand into random hypers cards
