Overview
Malt
Suguri (46 Billion Years) is a character with a relatively balanced statline that is built around her passive of being able to boost damage dealing cards and gaining double dice for movement. With her statline of having 4 HP, 0 DEF, and 2 EVD, she can be hard to kill for neutral or lower ATK characters. Her passive also allows her to be a much bigger offensive threat than her 0 ATK suggests. She is the best character at getting characters low then fighting them for an easy kill. Tanks especially fear her as they can’t do much about her getting them to low HP, and they can’t fight back since her 2 EVD means that she evades most of their rolls. She doesn’t have to fear Encounter panels, but she shouldn’t expect to kill them frequently. However, Boss panels are something she is deathly afraid of, and she should avoid them at all costs if she has a significant amount of stars, even if it means boosting her out of combat damage-dealing cards.
Her main disadvantage is that she is reliant on getting her cards. She will generally fall flat if she can’t get them since she isn’t a big threat outside of them. And even if she gets the cards she wants, her opponents might not be at the right HP in order to use them to their max effect, so she has to look for other solutions like having to attack someone else with a boost card just to use Rejuvenation to reach a target. Another problem is that her 0 ATK does pose a problem for her as high EVD characters will still be hard for her to kill. For example, if she fights
at 1 HP, she will only have a 27.78% chance of KOing her without cards to boost her ATK. She also has a lower pool of cards that she can safely boost as , , , and are generally too expensive for her to boost, and will do too much damage unless she is against , , , , or if he is in body form.Summary
- Pros
- Tied for the second highest EVD stat with , , , , and
- Passive is great at setting up KO's on low EVD characters
- Passive turns out of combat damage-dealing cards into essentially a that only Suguri (46 Billion Years) can use, especially with low cost cards like
- Hyper is free
- Cons
- Below average HP and average DEF makes her reliant on good EVD rolls
- Average ATK means that she doesn't have good odds of KOing above average EVD characters, even if they are at 1 HP
- won't cover the cost of boosting cards, causing it to just be a waste of 10 stars.
- Hyper gives Suguri (46 Billion Years) random cards, including mostly useless cards like
- Hyper is telegraphed, which allows for easy counter-play from cards like and
Update History
- Suguri (46 Billion Years) now gains +1 ATK in addition to +1 movement die when playing a damage card.
- Activating the damage-doubling effect is no longer required to receive the movement die and ATK bonuses from playing a damage card.
- Suguri (46 Billion Years): Double Damage cost reduced to +50% (down from +100%).
- Observer of Eternity will no longer have an increased likelihood to pull a transforming Hyper card; all transforming cards should only count once for the pool of available cards.
- Observer of Eternity now allows playing another card after using it.
- Fixed picking duplicate cards from other modes.
- Fixed being able to generate an Air Support card.
- Suguri (46 Billion Years) now gains an extra die on the following Move roll after using her ability to 2x a damage card.
You may play another card this turn.
Effect
Suguri (46 Billion Years)'s Hyper is Observer of Eternity. When used, the player will generate 2 randomly selected damage-dealing Boost/Event cards, which will be instantly added to their hand. The player is then allowed to play 1 additional card on the same turn.
When any of the cards generated by Observer of Eternity are used or discarded, they are removed from the game rather than being sent to the discard pile.

Strategy
Observer of Eternity is a free hyper that allows Suguri (46 Billion Years) to gain 2 random out of combat damage-dealing cards. The main situation to use this hyper is when Suguri (46 Billion Years) doesn't have good cards in her hand, so that she can potentially gain one that is useful to her. The main cards that Suguri (46 Billion Years) hopes to gain from using her hyper are
Its main drawback is that the 2 cards are random, so Suguri (46 Billion Years) can't rely on getting what she wants from it. To make the matter worse, or since they synergize with her passive incredibly well. When is upgraded into , it becomes a good card for dealing damage. This card can also be turned back into if needed. , , and are cards that can be gained from this hyper, and they are mostly useless for Suguri (46 Billion Years) since they are expensive and don't provide much in the way of a benefit for her. Another drawback to it is that its norma 3 and it announces to everyone that it has been used, which makes it able to be easily countered by and .Malt
Playstyle
Suguri (46 Billion Years) plays like an opportunistic assassin. She should be passive for the majority of the game since her stats alone do not give her an advantage over most characters. However, when she gets her out of combat damage-dealing cards, she should look to set up an easy kill that will secure her the star lead. If she has the star lead, she should focus on staying as far away from people as possible. She can also boost cards to use the Rejuvenation effect to get away from what would be near certain death. If she is low, cards like
and really shine as they can be used to either KO her, or damage someone else and she gets Rejuvenation to escape.Tips
- Playing As Suguri (46 Billion Years)
- works incredibly well with Suguri (46 Billion Years)'s passive as it hits anyone for 2 damage and allows her to roll 2 dice for movement so she can easily fight whoever she hit; all for just 8 stars. This card is a must bring on any deck for her, even the most gimmicky decks.
- is Suguri (46 Billion Years)'s best escape card as she can use it as a free dash that has the chance of KOing her, which would allow her to keep all of her stars, or KO her pursuer which puts even further distance between her and the pursuer.
- fulfills a similar role to , however it costs 15 stars when boosted instead of being free. However, since it only does 2 damage when boosted instead of 4, Suguri (46 Billion Years) can use it in more situations to potentially get a KO.
- Cards that boost Suguri (46 Billion Years)'s ATK like and gives her power outside of her out of damage cards, and makes finishing off low HP targets much more reliable.
- boosts Suguri (46 Billion Years)'s subpar DEF, and it can't be used against her well since she mainly looks to get people to 1 HP with her out of combat damage cards.
- also can't defend against Suguri (46 Billion Years)'s out of combat damage cards, and it can allow her to stay at full HP for longer
- and is a good option for dealing with characters with stats that Suguri (46 Billion Years) can't deal with very well like , , , and while keeping Suguri (46 Billion Years)'s ATK and DEF the same. However they can backfire hard if characters like and are in the game, or if used against her when she is 1 HP.
- Cards that allow Suguri (46 Billion Years) to draw more cards like , , and can allow her to gain her precious out of combat damage cards.
- Playing Against Suguri (46 Billion Years)
- Characters with high EVD like and have a pretty low chance of being KO'd at 1 HP by Suguri (46 Billion Years) unless she has a card to boost her ATK, or lower their EVD.
- Characters with low EVD like and can bring to help them survive what would normally be near certain death from Suguri (46 Billion Years) fighting them at 1 HP, but she can also make good use out of it due to her 2 EVD.
- and can be used to escape Suguri (46 Billion Years) fighting someone at 1 HP
- will mitigate 1 damage Suguri (46 Billion Years) tries to do with her out of combat damage cards, which pushes
- Characters with high attack like , , , and can easily KO Suguri (46 Billion Years) since her defense is subpar, and her evade wont help her much against 2+ ATK.
- Cards that disrupt card usage like , , , and can help make sure that Suguri (46 Billion Years) doesn't get her out of combat damage cards off at the right time.
- Healing cards like , , , and can heal off any damage Suguri (46 Billion Years) tries to do with her out of combat damage cards.
- will make Suguri (46 Billion Years) more vulnerable to everyone, except against 2+ ATK when she is at 2 or 1 HP, while making 0 EVD or lower characters more likely to evade her. It also syngergizes terribly with her passive since if any of the dice is a 0 after she boosts an out of combat damage card to norma, she will be unable to norma.
