Effect

Suguri (46 Billion Years)'s Hyper is Observer of Eternity. When used, the player will generate 2 randomly selected damage-dealing Boost/Event cards, which will be instantly added to their hand. The player is then allowed to play 1 additional card on the same turn.

When any of the cards generated by Observer of Eternity are used or discarded, they are removed from the game rather than being sent to the discard pile.

• The Boost/Event cards which can be generated by this Hyper matches the list of cards that Suguri (46 Billion Years) can double the damage of with her passive ability.
  •  Big Rocket Cannon and  True White Christsmasher cannot be generated despite being affected by the passive, but they can be indirectly obtained by activating the transformation effects of Rocket Cannon and White Christsmasher respectively.
  •  When My Slumber Breaks cannot be generated despite being affected by the passive, and also cannot be indirectly obtained (as  Threats to My Slumber does not meet the criteria).
• Despite technically fitting the criteria,  Lonely Chariot,  Crystal Barrier,  Magical Revenge,  Full Speed Alicianrone, and  Mio's False Cake cannot be generated using Observer of Eternity.

Strategy

Observer of Eternity is a free hyper that allows Suguri (46 Billion Years) to gain 2 random out of combat damage-dealing cards. The main situation to use this hyper is when Suguri (46 Billion Years) doesn't have good cards in her hand, so that she can potentially gain one that is useful to her. The main cards that Suguri (46 Billion Years) hopes to gain from using her hyper are  Long-Distance Shot or  Rocket Cannon since they synergize with her passive incredibly well. When  Rocket Cannon is upgraded into  Big Rocket Cannon, it becomes a good card for dealing damage. This card can also be turned back into  Rocket Cannon if needed.

Its main drawback is that the 2 cards are random, so Suguri (46 Billion Years) can't rely on getting what she wants from it. To make the matter worse,  Extended Photon Rifle,  Star-Blasting Light, and  Air Strike are cards that can be gained from this hyper, and they are mostly useless for Suguri (46 Billion Years) since they are expensive and don't provide much in the way of a benefit for her. Another drawback to it is that its norma 3 and it announces to everyone that it has been used, which makes it able to be easily countered by  Gift Exchange and  Scrambled Eve.
